Please read the Terms and Conditions below before booking a yurt camping holiday with Cornish Yurt Holidays.

Terms and Conditions:

Once the dates of your holiday have been confirmed by phone or email please fill in the booking form which will be sent to you and return to Yurtworks with the appropriate payment.

Only on receipt of the booking form and deposit is the booking secured.

Please make cheques payable to Cornish Yurt Holidays.

An initial payment of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking with the balance payable one month before your arrival. No reminder will be issued.

At the time the final balance is paid a returnable deposit of £50 is also payable to cover damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will be returned within 14 days following departure less deductions if applicable.

Week Stay bookings run from Friday to Friday from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

There is a walk down an uneven path to the yurts, for the walk up, a reasonable degree of fitness is recommended. Please contact CYH if you have any concerns about this.

Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the property but an excellent kennels nearby can be recommended.

The yurts should be left in the same condition as they were found on arrival.

Two week stays will be entitled to 10% off the second week tarif.

Cornish Yurt Holidays (CYH) shall always try to take guests to the yurts and to pick them up on leaving in a land rover. In the event where this is not possible guests may have to make their own way to their yurt.

Duvets and pillows are not provided but can be hired @£20 per double and £12 per single.

Bath towels and hand towels can be hired @ £6 per person.

Non residents are only allowed on site after confirmation with CYH.

In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re- let, but if this is not possible CYH reserves the right to retain the deposit and recover the balance due. Guests are reminded that insurance can be obtained for this sort of loss. If the accomodation is not available due to fire, flood or other unforeseen circumstances, the owner cannot accept liability or responsibility, but the deposit and any rental money already paid will be refunded.

CYH and Sunnybanks Farm are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property or any injury to themselves or dependents during their stay. Parents should be responsible for their children at all times.

Please report any breakages when they occur, so that they can be fixed or replaced as soon as possible.

Any damage to CYH property during the stay must be replaced or paid for.

Recycling is normal here and facilities are provided to make this easy.

Plenty of fire wood is provided when you arrive, if you would like firewood for campfires or extra wood for the stove it will cost £5 per bag .

There is a no smoking policy in the yurts.

CYH reserves the right to change the dates the yurts are available at any time during the season.
