The deep green and brown yurt is our most secluded yurt, hard to see against the backdrop of oak and hawthorn trees. It is set up on a wooden deck with tables and benches for eating outside and a campfire nearby. It is lined with wool serge throughout and the floor is covered in carpets and rugs with a double bed and big armchair to flop onto.

The yurt frame itself is made here in our workshop from coppiced ash with wiggly poles reaching up to the overhead wheel with a clear window to the sky. Lanterns, suspended from the roof poles, cast a warm glow and beautiful shadows in the evenings.

There is a fire pit and barbecue outside and a wood burning stove inside and a hammock swinging in the trees nearby.

Booking and Availability

• Check in is from 4pm, latest check in is at 10pm
• Departures by 10am please.
• Short stays are available (minimum of two nights)
• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.
• Please contact Tim if you would like to book the whole site or have any other special requirements.
